Pricing
Standard Shipping is FREE for all Tavo Pet Direct orders.
Timing
As soon as your order is received, the dispatch process starts on the same working day. Free delivery is usually within 1 to 3 working days, timing is within operating hours from 10am to 6.30pm. Please note we are not responsible for delays outside our control. We currently do not deliver on weekends or Public Holidays. A delivery confirmation will be sent before your order is shipped.
Order Address
You can arrange for the order to be delivered to an alternative address to the billing address. Please select this option whilst processing your payment.
Where does Tavo Pet ship?
We ship to addresses within Singapore only. There are no extra charges for deliveries to Sentosa / Tuas.
Order Tracking
Upon dispatch, you will receive a text message stating the delivery date and time.
Delivery Cost
Our customer satisfaction is essential. Therefore we do not charge delivery costs for any order.
Editing your order
Should you for some reason need to edit your order before it has shipped, you can do so by calling our consumer service team at 6336 8311 or by submitting an online request to Tavo Pet Consumer Service.
Returns
If you’ve changed your mind and want to return your product, you may do so within 7 days of delivery. Returns will only be accepted if the item is unused and unopened in its original condition and packaging. In the unlikely event that anything is wrong, inform us immediately via call at 6336 8311, or email at customercare@janicompany.com with images/videos as necessary.
Once your return has been accepted, you will receive your full refund within 5 working days of receipt and in the same payment method as with which you made the purchase. Should there be any issue with the returned product or validity, we will contact you directly.

Product returns need to be:
- Unused in its original condition and with all original components
- In its original packaging with all the tags attached
- In a resaleable condition
- With any free items supplied with the product
