우리의 제품 및 액세서리

당사의 모든 제품은 원래 구매일로부터 1년 간의 보증이 적용되며, 구매 영수증이나 청구서에 명시되어 있거나 당사에서 다르게 명시한 경우가 있습니다.

만약 어떠한 이유로 당사 제품에 재료 또는 제작상의 결함이 보증 기간 동안 발생하면, 사용 설명서에 따라 제품을 사용하신 경우 저희에게 연락해 주십시오. 보증 청구를 하실 때는 구매 영수증, 구매 증명, 모델 번호, 일련 번호를 준비해 주십시오.

제품이 제조 결함으로 인해 고장 난 경우, 저희는 교체 부품을 보내드리거나 무료로 수리를 해 드립니다. 이는 배송비도 포함합니다. 제품을 수리할 수 없는 경우, 동일 모델 및 색상의 제품으로 교체해 드립니다. 동일 제품이 없는 경우 가장 유사한 모델 및 색상으로 교체해 드립니다. 단, 보증은 원래 구매자에게만 적용되며 수리로 보증 기간이 연장되지는 않습니다.

우리의 제조업체 보증이 적용되는 내용은 무엇인가요?

• 당사의 보증은 샤시, 프레임, 바퀴, 벨트, 지퍼, 잠금장치, 솔기 및 벨트 시스템 등 제조 결함을 모두 포함합니다. 이는 제품이 사용 및 관리 설명서에 기술된 방식대로 사용되었을 때 적용됩니다.

당사의 보증이 적용되지 않는 경우

• 정상적인 마모, 우발적 손상, 부주의, 사용 설명서를 따르지 않은 경우 발생하는 손상은 보증 대상에서 제외됩니다. 정상적인 마모에는 정기적인 사용으로 마모된 바퀴와 타이어; 시간이 지남에 따라 자연스럽게 바래는 원단; 정기적인 사용으로 인한 마모된 패치 등이 포함됩니다.
• 고습, 염분 분무, 얼음 또는 눈, 부적절한 유지보수 또는 저장으로 인한 바퀴 또는 샤시의 부식 또는 녹.
• 인가되지 않은 제3자에 의한 수리.
• 제품의 부적절하거나 잘못된 사용, 관리, 보관 및 청소 등 우리의 설명서에 명시된 지침을 따르지 않는 경우.
• 적합하지 않은 부품 사용 및 공기 및 화물 운송 중 발생한 사고 및 부주의에 의한 피해 등이 포함됩니다.

How to proceed with warranty claim:

• A brief description of the problem along with a photo or video of the issue.
• Photo of the serial label.
• A copy of your item receipt, including date of purchase, is required.
• Include your name, phone number and shipping address.

What does this limited warranty cover?

Tavo Pet Essentials warrants that during the 2-year limited warranty period described below, its pet carriers, accessories, and gear will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is not transferable, and it is the exclusive remedy for the purchaser of a Tavo product.

How long does Tavo’s warranty last?

All our pet carriers, accessories, and gear are covered by this 2-year limited warranty, starting from the date that you purchased the product. This warranty expires if the purchaser of the product sells or otherwise transfers the product to a third party.

What is Tavo’s commitment?

Tavo will, in its sole election, either replace any defective item or any malfunctioning part with the same or a similar item/part, or refund to you the amount that you paid for the item.

What does Tavo’s limited warranty not cover?

• Any problem caused by misuse or abuse of the product, including, but not limited to, the failure to properly maintain, store, or clean the product.
• Any problem resulting from improperly modifying the product.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Damage caused to the product by pollution, sunlight, or other environmental conditions such as mold, dirt, mildew, or exposure to harmful chemicals.
• Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this limited warranty.  Some states do not allow an exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.
• Items purchased or gifted through a non-retailer third party or items gifted in used condition will not be warranted.
• Products involved in an accident resulting in damage and/or losses.
• Opinion dissatisfaction pertaining to functionality, features, or aesthetics.
• This warranty is only valid for goods returned in the original country of purchase.
